SALES

An unnamed private investor paid $5.5 million to Voit Development Co. for a 38,030-square-foot office building at 27611 La Paz Road in Laguna Niguel. Rob Socci, Louis Tomaselli and Mitch Zehner of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the seller. Bob Clippinger of Providence Realty Group represented the buyer.

Providence Realty Group paid $4.6 million to Voit Development Co. for a 24,606-square-foot office building at 27781 to 27841 La Paz Road in Laguna Niguel. Rob Socci, Louis Tomaselli and Mitch Zehner of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the seller. Bob Clippinger of Providence Realty Group represented his company.


LEASES

Babcock Inc., a maker of power supplies, relays and flat-panel displays, renewed its lease for 135,269 square feet of research and development space at 14930 E. Alondra Blvd. in La Mirada. The six-year deal is valued at $5.3 million. Mitch Zehner and Louis Tomaselli of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the tenant. Rich McGeagh of CB Richard Ellis Inc. represented landlord Brookhaven LLC.

Alfred’s Picture Frames leased 89,940 square feet of retail space at 1580 Sunflower Ave. in Costa Mesa. The three-year deal is valued at $1.3 million. Dave Desper and Chip Wright of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant and landlord C.J. Segerstrom & Sons.
