Christopher Diaz and V.R. “Nadesh” Nadeswaran were named managing principals of Diaz-Yourman & Associates, a geotechnical engineering company in Santa Ana. Both joined the company shortly after its formation in 1992.
Netherlands engineering services company Arcadis NV appointed Charlene Palmer as Southern California area manager and vice president at its Fullerton office.

Scott Evans was named director of development for the Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation in Irvine. Evans is the former publisher of Sales & Management Magazine.
Orange-based Western Dental Services Inc. promoted Jennifer A. Roth from associate general counsel to general counsel and corporate secretary. Roth joined the company in 2003.
Annette Walker joined Orange-based St. Joseph Health System as vice president of performance improvement. Walker comes from MemorialCare Medical Centers in Long Beach, where she served as senior vice president of strategy and physician integration.
