Jack Mixner was named director for the TriTech Small Business Development Center at California State University, Fullerton’s College of Business and Economics. Mixner was interim director for the past four months. The center provides business consulting and training seminars, workshops and conferences for business owners in Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino counties.

Sharon Norris joined the Tustin office of Concord-based Towill Inc. as marketing and business development co-ordinator. Norris previously worked with Los Angeles-based The Englekirk Cos. Towill provides surveying, mapping and geographic information systems.

Anaheim Arena Management LLC, the management company for the Arrowhead Pond of Anaheim, promoted Peter Dropick to director of special events. Dropick previously was the Pond’s senior event manager.

Snell & Wilmer LLP’s Irvine office named Tiffany Brosnan and Elizabeth McNulty partners. Sarah Petty was named senior attorney.

Chad Russell joined Arlon Inc., a maker of vinyl films and flexible substrate products in Santa Ana, as regional sales manager for the Southeast region.
Irvine-based Prolong International Corp., a maker of auto lubricants, paint sealants and glass cleaners, appointed Cary Fitchey and Robert Lautz to its board of directors.

Beazer Homes Southern California in Orange appointed Reky Hira-moto as development manager, land acquisitions. Hiramoto previously worked for Irvine’s RBF Consulting.
Irvine-based O’Donnell/Atkins promoted Paul Grover to senior vice president. Grover has been with the brokerage company since 1996 and previously worked as a senior financial analyst with Newport Beach-based The Irvine Company.
Costa Mesa-based The Planning Center promoted Brian Judd to director of community planning and design. The company provides consulting services for community planning, environment, land planning and design.
Arlington, Texas-based D.R. Horton Inc. named Scott Clark vice president, operations for its Orange County/Inland Empire division. Clark previously served as director of development. The homebuilder also appointed Sandy Sanchez to project manager. Sanchez previously worked with Western Pacific Housing’s Los Angeles/Ventura division.
Susan Baker and Sarah Olsen joined Irvine-based Keystone Pacific Property Management Inc. Baker will serve as senior community association manager and Olsen will be community association manager.
RETAIL
Henry’s Marketplace Inc. named Steve Steinfield director of its Mission Viejo store, which is set to open May 5. Steinfield most recently was director of the company’s Laguna Niguel store.
SECURITY
HID Corp. in Irvine, a maker of security access control cards and readers, appointed Anthony Hanseder to vice president of product line management. Hanseder will work out of HID’s research and development center in Denver.
TECHNOLOGY
Plano, Texas-based Tecsys Development Inc. added William M. McMahon, Jr. and James R. Warden to its Huntington Beach office. McMahon joins the company’s board of directors and is a strategic consultant with Tecsys. Warden is vice president of sales.
Costa Mesa-based StacoSwitch Inc., a maker of switches, controllers, keyboards and keypads, named Michael Carter president and general manager.
