Costa Mesa-based MeridianLink Inc. (NYSE: MLNK), which provides software for credit unions and other financial firms, hired Sean Blitchok as the chief financial officer, effective June 13.
Blitchok brings more than 20 years of global financial experience with public companies, including at well-known firms like Salesforce.com, Hewlett-Packard and Honeywell International.
“Our company continues to deliver on our strategic growth initiatives as we provide an expanding list of customers and partners with better innovation through our platforms and services,” Nicolaas Vlok, CEO of MeridianLink, said in a statement.
Prior CFO Chad Martin, who had been in that role since 2018, left on May 31 to become operating managing director at Vista Equity Partners, a U.S. investment firm with $93 billion in assets under management.
MeridianLink also named Chris Maloof as president, Go-to-Market, overseeing the company’s sales, marketing, partner, and product management organizations. It promoted Devesh Khare to chief product officer, a role previously held by Maloof.
Shares of MeridianLink were little changed after the announcement; the company has a $1.3 billion market cap.
