Karman Space & Defense boosted its 2025 revenue guidance and forecast 2026 revenue above analysts’ expectations, sending the company’s shares up 6.9% to $112 apiece in after-hours trading.
The Huntington Beach-based company earlier today raised 2025 revenue  guidance to a range of $470 million to $471 million. Analysts cited by Yahoo Finance estimated the company would end last year with revenue of $463.3 million.
Karman also forecast 2026 revenue of $700 million to $715 million, well above the $578 million foreseen by analysts.
In a conference call today, the company, with a market cap approaching $14 billion, also provided an update on its planned acquisition of Seemann Composites and MSC.
Karman says it specializes “in the rapid design, development and production of critical, next-generation system solutions that align with the U.S. Department of War’s core mission priorities and the accelerating demand for access to space.”
