Anduril Plans to Acquire Klas

Latest purchase by Costa Mesa-based defense company

Costa Mesa-based Anduril Industries said today it had signed a definitive agreement to acquire Klas, an edge computing and tactical communications company with U.S. corporate headquarters in Washington, D.C.
The acquisition, pending regulatory approval, brings Klas’ hardware into Anduril’s portfolio of autonomous systems and connected warfare capabilities.
Klas is known for its Voyager line, a modular family of compute and networking systems built to survive extreme temperatures, jamming, dust, and denied environments. Voyager is already deployed as part of Anduril’s Menace family of systems, supporting operations across ground, maritime, and air domains.
