Costa Mesa-based defense company Anduril Industries said it is acquiring the radar and command and control businesses of Numerica Corp. of Fort Collins, Colo. Financial details were not released.
Anduril said in a statement the acquisition brings radar development “in house” and bolsters the company’s air and missile defense offerings.
“Numerica’s sensor fusion software is a critical component of priority U.S. air defense programs, and Anduril will continue to deliver those mission-critical capabilities on behalf of our warfighters and our industry partners,” according to the statement.
