Irvine Office Building Sells for $42 million

High-Rise Include Tenants such as Zillow, Jacobs

IRVINE – A San Diego area real estate campus bought the 16-floor office high-rise on Michelson Drive near Jamboree Road in Irvine for $42 million, it was confirmed by the Business Journal.

La Jolla-based Gaines Investment Trust bought the 310,925-square-foot office tower at 2600 Michelson Drive, per CBRE and CoStar data.

CoStar data also shows the building was sold by CBRE Investment Management, or CBRE IM.

CBRE IM was represented by Anthony DeLorenzo, Todd Tydlaska, Sean Sullivan, Sammy Cemo, Bryan Johnson and Grant Goldman of CBRE Investment Properties.
