Hyundai Motor Co. unveiled a new electric sport utility concept vehicle, called Seven, at the AutoMobility LA show on Wednesday as the automaker looks to bolster its electric offering and achieve carbon neutrality.
The parent to Fountain Valley-based Hyundai Motor America Inc. showed off the concept electric SUV, which boasts a retractable control stick, lounge chairs that swivel, mini fridge, UVC sterilization and airflow management system.
Hyundai said the vehicle is able to go from 10% battery life to 80% in 20 minutes and is targeting a range of more than 300 miles.
Hyundai has said it is looking to go carbon neutral by 2045.
