With the promotion, David Holthaus oversees all aspects of project management, estimating, and field operations in the Southern California region. Holthaus started with Raymond in 2007, beginning as a Project Engineer. He worked as a Project Manager/Estimator before his most recent role as Director of Project Management. Holthaus has a strategic mindset, and he brings leadership, integrity, and industry knowledge to his position and the Raymond organization. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from San Diego State University.
