Costa Mesa-based California Pizza Kitchen (CPK) has partnered with consumer brand Litehouse Inc. to add a new line of CPK-branded salad dressings to its retail offerings.
The products will launch in grocery stores in early 2023 joining CPK’s original line of frozen pizzas, licensed under Nestlé. Grocery retailers with CPK products include Target, Walmart and Albertsons.
“Our chefs make everything in-house from scratch daily… [and] Because we hold ourselves to the highest standards in quality and taste, it was important that our partner share the same exacting standards, and Litehouse is that perfect partner,” Chief Executive Jim Hyatt said in a statement.
The collaboration helps 50-year Litehouse to reach the goal of expanding its grocery store footprint, according to officials.
“Our category expertise, culinary excellence, and manufacturing capabilities allow us to bring innovative new products to market on an efficient timeline, and we are thrilled to partner with CPK,” Litehouse Chief Executive Kelly Prior said.
