Engineering and construction company Brinderson paid $10.2 million to Village Properties for a 53,900-square-foot office building at 3330 Harbor Blvd. in Costa Mesa. Brinderson plans to occupy 28,900 square feet of the building in January. The company will lease the remaining space, about 25,000 square feet. Gary Allen of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented the buyer. M2 Properties LLC paid $6.7 million to Elliott Equities LLC for the 71,000-square-foot flex building at 15502 Mosher Ave. in Tustin.
