BANKING
Irvine-based Impac Mortgage Holdings Inc. was up 14.5% to $19.75 and a $201 million market cap. A regulatory filing on May 28 shows the lender plans to offer $100 million in securities. Shares had traded by midday at more than double their 90-day, full-day average.
TECHNOLOGY
Costa Mesa-based TTM Technologies Inc. was down 2.7% to $10.49 and an $881 million market cap. Stifel Nicolaus downgraded the printed circuit board maker’s shares to “hold” a day after two other analysts boosted their own ratings on the stock.
