Midday Stock Roundup

The S&P 500 was up 0.5% to 2,100.97

The Dow Jones Industrial Average was up 0.5% to 18,050.23. The Nasdaq was up 0.4% to 4,994.38.

The yield on a 10-year Treasury bond was down 0.6% to 1.95%.

The price of gold was up 1.1% to $1,207.

RETAIL

Irvine-based Tilly’s Inc. was down 5.6% to $15.44 and a $434 million market cap. Los Angeles-based B. Riley downgraded the teen apparel retailer’s shares from “buy” to “neutral” with a price target of $17, citing current valuations. Tilly’s stock has risen about 60% year-to-date.
