Foundation Building Materials Inc. (NYSE: FBM) of Santa Ana rose 7.2% to $20.90 a share for a market cap of $899 million. The distributor of wallboard, ceiling systems and other products said Monday net sales increased 4.2% in the third quarter, and it increased full-year EPS guidance to between 95 cents and $1.05.
HEALTHCARE
Irvine-based Axonics Modulation Technologies Inc. (Nasdaq: AXNX) lost 5.1% to $23.14 per share for a market cap of $650 million. The maker of devices to treat urinary and bowel conditions said Monday that it received notice of a patent infringement lawsuit filed by Medtronic Inc., and said the lawsuit’s claims are without merit.
