Dr. Sandra Morgan, professor and director of the Global Center for Women and Justice at Vanguard University, is expected to join the federal Public-Private Partnership Advisory Council to End Human Trafficking.
The White House last week said President Trump intends to appoint Morgan.
Morgan is active in battling human trafficking and has been a pediatric nurse, volunteer with Doctors of the World, and a former Administrator of the Orange County Human Trafficking Task Force. Teaching areas include business ethics.
