The price of gold was up 1.4% to $1,310.
The price of oil was down 4.2% to $54.23 a barrel.
RETAIL
Irvine-based Western and workwear retailer Boot Barn Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: BOOT) was down 10% to $25.70 with a market cap of $727 million. It was the biggest decline amid eight peers, seven of whom also fell. The company is down about 20% from its 52-week high of $32.31 in April.
TECHNOLOGY
CalAmp Corp. (Nasdaq: CAMP) fell 5.3% to $10.26 with a market cap around $312 million. Shares of the Irvine-based telematics specialist have dropped about 30% since it reported fourth quarter results on April 30.
