TECHNOLOGY
Irvine-based Western Digital Corp. was down 12% to $47.16 and a market cap of $13.3 billion. The memory products maker swung to a net loss of $351 million on revenue of $3.5 billion for its most recent quarter compared with net income of $220 million on revenue of $3.2 billion, year-over-year.
REAL ESTATE
Irvine-based CalAtlantic Group Inc. was down about 9% to $36 and a market cap of $4.3 billion. The homebuilder reported higher net income and revenue but its average selling price and margins were down in its most recent quarter compared with the same period last year.
