Wincome USA is launching a third-party hotel management division, Wincome Hospitality, “to help other businesses succeed in the hospitality industry,” said Chief Executive Paul Sanford.
The companies are Anaheim-based units of Hong Kong developer Wincome Group, affiliates of which own three area hotels: Anaheim Hotel, across Harbor Blvd. from Disneyland Resort; Westin Anaheim Resort, under-construction next to Anaheim Convention Center; and Avenue of the Arts, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, in Costa Mesa near South Coast Plaza.
The convention center resort is a $250-million, 613-room effort on the site of the former Anabella Hotel. The new four-diamond-level property is slated to open in 2020.
