Laguna Beach corporate teambuilding company La Vida Laguna said it created a new division focused on outdoor meetings in response to the pandemic.
The Active Outdoor Meetings division will focus on helping companies plan meetings and other activities that take place outdoors.
That means team bonding, trust and other exercises for workers paired with activities such as hiking, kayaking and electric biking to name a few.
It’s a timely offering as companies adjust to the prolonged impacts of operating a business and also maintaining corporate cultures as remote work continues and a premium is now being placed on those that can transition services or businesses outdoors.
La Vida Laguna, which has been around since 2003, has worked with companies across a number of industries, including Medtronic, Warburg Pincus, Luxottica and Bain & Co.
