The 1,574-room Hilton Anaheim is set for a multi-million dollar, full-scale renovation that is expected to be completed by summer 2025.
The overhaul will include redesigned guest rooms, upgrades to the 105,959 square feet of meeting and event space, a restaurant and bar rebrand, improved outdoor spaces and other improvements.
The hotel said the new design will focus on “comfort and style, bright colors, and light” and reach every guest room and public area. It will remain open during renovations.
“It’s a complete reinvention of the property,” General Manager Sergio Bocci told the Business Journal.
Hilton Anaheim is the largest hotel in Orange County by room count and first opened as The Anaheim Hilton and Towers in 1984 for the summer Olympics in Los Angeles. It sits next to the Anaheim Convention Center and across the street from Disneyland Resort.
