Disneyland’s former Paradise Pier Hotel is set to open as the rethemed Pixar Place Hotel on January 30, 2024.
The 481-room hotel’s renovation includes a new theme featuring characters and landscapes from films from Walt Disney’s Pixar Studios. It started construction earlier this year and various upgraded spaces such as the pool area were opened this summer.
The property is also getting a new restaurant on the first floor—Great Maple, marking the second Orange County location after Fashion Island. The eatery is set to open in November.
Pixar Place will also be Walt Disney’s first U.S. resort to be fully themed after the animation studio, acquired by Disney in a $7.4 billion deal in 2006.
Pixar Place is Orange County’s 13th largest hotel by room count.
