The Business Journal is preparing its annual list of privately owned companies for publication in June.
The list is the definitive source of information on the privately owned companies that make up so much of Orange County’s economy.
We’re looking for Orange County-based companies that are privately owned by an individual, a group of people, families, venture capitalists, private equity firms or other investors.
Publicly traded companies and subsidiaries won’t be considered, nor will locally owned offices of national firms.
The list will be ranked by revenue for the 12 months ended Dec. 31, 2015.
Companies with more than $100 million in annual revenue will be considered.
What’s in it for you?
Bragging rights, for one. Your company could be ranked among the top private companies in Orange County, which is known for its diverse and wide range of businesses and industries.
The list brings good exposure to clients, customers, bankers, vendors, peers or potential investors.
The Business Journal has an online form for companies to fill out for consideration.
Go to https://goo.gl/WSBpgn to nominate your company or another business.
The deadline is May 20.
