Christos Karmis, who has been serving as president and CEO of telecom infrastructure firm Mobilitie in Newport Beach, was named president of BAI Communications companies that are being rebranded under one name.
Karmis will be CEO of the Boldyn Networks’ U.S. Business effective July 1, according to a statement issued today.
In the U.S. BAI is in the process of integrating its four portfolio companies –Mobilitie, Signal Point Systems, Transit Wireless and ZenFi Networks — into one business entity. The rebranding as Boldyn Networks will be completed by the end of June.
