Mobile Global Esports Inc. (Nasdaq: MGAM), a firm working to develop university gaming competitions using mobile telephones in India, is moving its headquarters from San Clemente to Westport, Conn., regulatory filings indicate.
The company, also known as MOGO, went public in July at $4 per share, raising $6 million in its IPO. Shares in the company today in midday trading were $2.40 apiece and a $44 million market cap.
