L Squared Capital Partners in Newport Beach said today its portfolio company Lumaverse Technologies has closed two add-on acquisitions. No financial details were released.
The two new brands – ClubExpress and Auction Frogs – will add complementary capabilities to Lumaverse, a suite of software solutions that simplify scheduling, volunteer, member, event, and fundraising management challenges.
“The addition of these new capabilities will further differentiate Lumaverse as a true partner to education, nonprofits, and businesses looking for an everyday solution to their group management needs,” L Squared partner Adam Kimura said in a statement.
Mike Barros, CEO at Lumaverse, said in the statement: “Over 40,000 organizations trust our products, and we look forward to continuing our rapid growth together.”
