Kingston Technology Co.’s gaming equipment unit, HyperX, was named the exclusive supplier for Red Bull esports events.
HyperX makes headsets, keyboards, mice, and other products for gamers; Red Bull, primarily a marketer of energy drinks, has an esports arena in Santa Monica and sponsors gamers.
Kingston is one of the largest private companies based in Orange County, with about $7.5 billion in annual sales.
