A leading freight forwarder and logistics company has agreed to a five-year lease to occupy a 156,100-square-foot industrial building at 691-701 Burning Tree Road in Fullerton.
Columbia Container Lines LAX, Inc. signed a $13.6 million lease with CIM Group, the landlord of Northpoint Commerce Center.
The Klabin Company’s Tyler Rollema and Matt Stringfellow represented Columbia Container. CBRE’s Ben Seybold and Tom Dorman represented the landlord.
According to Klabin Co. officials, Columbia Container Lines is relocating from its previous Gardena location and expanding as part of a long-term plan to consolidate operations and work more efficiently as the company grows.
