Alteryx, Databricks Expand Partnership

For faster AI-driven insights

Irvine-based data analytics software maker Alteryx Inc.  said it is expanding its partnership and product integrations with Databricks Data Intelligence Platform for a faster path to AI-driven insights.

The new capabilities will enable business users to get to their first analytics use case in just a few clicks. Databricks is based in San Francisco.

Shares in Alteryx (NYSE: AYX) rose 0.1% to $47.82 apiece for a market cap of $3.5 billion.

Private equity firms Clearlake Capital Group and Insight Partners on Dec. 18 announced a deal to buy Alteryx for $4.4 billion, factoring in about $1 billion in debt.
