Working Wardrobes said its building and inventory were destroyed by a Sunday morning fire at its Irvine headquarters.
The nonprofit, which provides job training and clothing to those looking for work, said the fire wiped out it’s 22,000-square-foot headquarters and everything in it. That includes the donated stock of apparel and accessory, office supplies, corporate offices and career center used by those looking for work.
The fire occurred at 5:50 a.m. Sunday, with 100 firefighters reporting to the Irvine building to fight the flames.
No one was in the building at the time of the fire and there were no reported injuries.
Working Wardrobes will temporarily be based out of Goodwill’s Santa Ana facility on Andrew Place. The organization is also taking donations.
