Life Time Inc. has announced that its newest fitness center and its third in Orange County will open in March.
The 94,000-square-foot club is located in Irvine at the Lakeshore Towers office complex taking over a previous 24 Hour Fitness facility. The lease was signed in 2021; it will be Life Time’s largest local property.
“As a part of our Southern California market for many years, I’ve seen how Life Time serves the active and social lifestyle that Orange County is known for, and as we prepare to open in Irvine, we are proud to grow our Orange County footprint,” General Manager Sonja Mains said in a statement.
Life Time Lakeshore-Irvine spans three floors and provides workout equipment, classes, studios and other amenities to its members. A restaurant will be included as well.
Life Time counts almost 160 fitness centers in the U.S. and Canada, and employs more than 30,000 associates. Two other OC locations include Laguna Niguel and Rancho San Clemente.
