TailoredSpace, a coworking company based in Laguna Niguel, has opened its sixth location near the Del Mar Racetrack in San Diego County as part of its ongoing expansion.
With the new Solana Beach site, TailoredSpace now operates six coworking locations in San Diego and 17 active locations across Southern California. In Orange County, the company has coworking spaces in Brea, Laguna Niguel, Orange, San Clemente and San Juan Capistrano.
Officials said that the Solana Beach coworking space at 990 Highland Drive is 9,700 square feet and offers executive suites, private offices, coworking desks and virtual office memberships.
“Occupancy in our suburban locations has seen consistent year-over-year growth, outperforming occupancy in traditional downtown office high-rises,” said TailoredSpace co-founder Drew Sanden in a news release. “We’ve targeted the suburban markets because even those working from home need a professional, distraction-free environment to be productive.”
TailoredSpace started in 2019 and has focused on serving suburban markets across Southern California.
