La Habra-based appliance retailer Howard’s has opened its newest experience center at The Market Place in Tustin, moving from its previous spot near Bryan Ave.
The Tustin Experience Center is the seventh of its kind, and the third in Orange County. Howard’s designed this store model with both a showroom and a demonstration center to present consumers with a more interactive facility.
“The sprawling outdoor complex – with its impressive collection of shopping, dining and entertainment options – is the ideal home for the newest Howard’s center,” Chief Executive John Riddle said in a statement.
Howard’s considers this opening as the latest effort in expanding and reaching new markets, according to officials. The retailer currently counts 15 locations in total with two more experience centers to open in Southern California later this year.
Reporting 24% growth in 2020 and 19% in 2021, the company anticipates another year of double-digit growth for 2022.
Howard’s ranked No. 13 in the Business Journal’s list of Fastest-Growing Midsize Companies for 2021.
