Flame Broiler Adds Hot Sauce Bottles

Santa Ana-based Flame Broiler Inc. launched its own collection of hot sauce bottles on Thursday.

The Korean-inspired restaurant group has added three hot sauces to its in-store offerings – the brand’s original Jalapeño Hot Sauce, a mild Hot Sauce, and the Seoul Scorcher labeled as its triple hot sauce. During its 25th anniversary, Flame Broiler also released a bottle of its signature Simply Magic Sauce back in 2020.

All created by Founder and Chief Executive Young Lee, the 12-ounce bottles are available for purchase in various stores across its 165 companywide locations.

“Since opening the first Flame Broiler restaurant nearly three decades ago, my top priority has been to provide guests with simple food made with the best and most flavorful ingredients,” Lee said.

Flame Broiler reported $85 million in systemwide sales for 12 months ending December 2021, ranking No. 22 on the Business Journal’s list of OC-based restaurant chains last month.
