LEASE

Pacific World Corp. recently signed a lease at 75 Enterprise, Ste. 300, at Summit Office Campus in Aliso Viejo.

The 30,813-square-foot office space will be used as the company’s corporate headquarters, which was previously located in Lake Forest, according to real estate brokerage Stream Realty Partners LP.

Terms of the lease were undisclosed.

Brokers involved in the deal included Stream Realty’s Colby Annett and Blaine Annett, as well as Robert Chavez of Guardian Commercial Realty.

Colby Annett and Blaine Annett represented the landlord, RREEF Real Estate.

Chavez represented the tenant.
