Nowakowski Properties LP recently sold a retail fast-food building in Santa Ana for $2.82 million to a private buyer.

The 3,843-square-foot space is at 1100 S. Grand Ave.

The building is slated to finish construction later this month, according to data services provider CoStar Group Inc.

Brokers involved in the deal included Hanley Investment Group’s Jonathan Selznick, as well as Chris Rodriguez of Pacific Commercial Investments Inc.
