H & F Ventures Inc. recently sold a retail building in La Habra for $3.6 million to Whittier-based InterHealth Corp.
The 22,515-square-foot property is at 250 N. Harbor Blvd.
The building was occupied by Ohio-based closeout retailer Big Lots Inc. for many years until the company’s lease expired and it vacated in January, according to data service provider CoStar Group Inc.
The broker involved in the deal included Century 21 Golden Realty’s Diran Afarian.
Afarian represented the seller. The broker for the buyer was undisclosed.
