Progressive Marketing Products recently signed a five-year lease for an industrial office in Fullerton.

The 62,396-square-foot space is in a two-story, class A building. Progressive Marketing Products plans to use the facility as the company’s headquarters starting in July, according to real estate brokerage Colliers International.

The building is at 1321 State College Blvd.

Brokers involved in the deal included Colliers International’s Ian Britton, John Long and Clyde Stauff.

Britton and Long represented DSA State College Business Park LLC, the landlord.
