The 7,700-square-foot space is at 9831 Irvine Center Drive, Ste. 200.
The office unit is part of a building that totals 15,400 square feet, according to data services provider CoStar Group Inc.
Brokers involved in the deal included Wind Water Realty Advisers Inc.’s Tibor Kelemen, as well as Mark Zuvich and Oliver Ternate of Zuvich Corporate Advisors Inc.
Kelemen represented the buyer while Zuvich and Ternate represented the seller.
