Dunham & Gililland LLC recently sold a manufacturing building in Anaheim for $7.25 million to Absolute Technologies Inc.
The 82,544-square-foot space is at 4890 E. La Palma Ave.
The building is an expansion of Absolute Technologies’ existing operation in Yorba Linda and will have an estimated 120 employees at the new Anaheim facility, according to real estate brokerage Colliers International.
The building was previously occupied by Kelly-Wright Hardwoods Inc.
Brokers involved in the deal included Colliers International’s Clyde Stauff, as well as Mitch Zehner of Voit Real Estate Services Inc.
Stauff represented the seller while Zehner represented the buyer.
