The two-story, 4,960-square-foot building is at 8835 Research Drive.
The seller leased back the building from the new owner, according to data service provider CoStar Group Inc.
Brokers involved in the deal included Wind Water Realty Advisers Inc.’s Travis Forster, Rob Rader and Tibor Kelemen.
Forster, Rader and Kelemen represented the seller. Forster also represented the buyer.
