The 52,565-square-foot building is at 1801 E. Edinger Ave.
It was constructed in 1988 on 2.6 acres and features an atrium and balconies, according to data service provider CoStar Group Inc.
The sale price was not disclosed.
Brokers involved in the deal included Stream Realty Partners LP’s Benjamin Gott, John Pomer and Korbin Duley, as well as Ross Bourne, Chip Wright, and Justin Hill of CBRE Group Inc.
Gott, Pomer and Duley represented the seller. Bourne, Wright and Hill represented the buyer.
