The two-story property was 13% occupied at the time of sale, according to data service provider CoStar Group Inc.
Brokers involved in the deal included Ghada Wadi of WD Group Realty Solutions & Investments, as well as Ahmad Razavi of Wheels of Europe.
Wadi represented the buyer, and Razavi represented the seller.
