The IMS Co.’s headquarters in Brea will expand by 9,000 square feet following a recent lease renewal. In an agreement inked with ownership group Triple Net Properties, the company took 27,794 square feet of office space at the Saturn Business Park, at 2929 E. Imperial High-way.
Details about the length and payment of the lease were not released. Brokers who represented IMS were Justin Hodgdon, Drew Netherton and Courtney McMana-way of UGL Services, which is part of UGL Limited. The owner was represented by Scott Lovell of Trigild Inc.
