The five-year lease is valued at $1.3 million. The lease is an expansion for the company, which is keeping its headquarters nearby. Newport Medical is a privately held company run by doctors. Its products are used to get oxygen to patients who aren’t breathing well enough on their own. The devices are used in emergency rooms, intensive care units, ambulances and home healthcare.
