A Laguna Beach property has reportedly sold for $70 million, marking a record in Orange County for home sales.
The Wall Street Journal reported the sale of the Abalone Point home to Joseph Edelman, who heads up New York hedge fund Perceptive Advisors as CEO and founder, and his wife Susan Lebovitz-Edelman.
The property includes a main house, cabana and guest house, all of which totals roughly 18,000 square feet.
