Doug Holte is stepping down as president of office properties at the Irvine Company, sources indicate.
Holte joined the Newport Beach real estate company in 2009 after a 22-year career as a principal in development at Hines.
At Irvine Company, Holte was responsible for overseeing the firm’s 50 million square-foot office portfolio spanning California, New York City and Chicago. He helped to grow that portfolio by 16 million square feet during his time at the firm.
A replacement for Holte has yet to be announced.
