AO Completes Another Gordon Ramsay Restaurant

AO, Orange County’s largest architectural firm, marked its fourth collaboration with Michelin-honored chef Gordon Ramsay as the two partnered on a new restaurant in Reno, Nevada.

AO spearheaded the architectural and design elements of Ramsay’s Kitchen at the Silver Legacy Resort & Casino in Reno, Nevada. The firm had billings of $77.1 million in billings for the year ended June 30, 2024, making it the largest architectural firm in Orange County for the second consecutive year, according to Business Journal data.

The AO design team was spearheaded by firm partner Ruba Awad-Moran.

AO and Ramsay also collaborated on restaurants at Four Seasons Hotel in St. Louis, Harrah’s Las Vegas and Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Boston.

A fifth location involving AO and Ramsay is in the works at Danville, Virginia. The new Ramsay’s Kitchen will feature 250 seats, private dining options and local fare at Caesars Virginia. Menu items would include Virginia oysters and a 24-ounce bone-in ribeye.

Ramsay’s Kitchen at the Silver Legacy Resort & Casino, which offers international fare and menu items such as pan seared scallops and smoked pulled pork sliders with English cucumbers and Thai Basil, opened over the summer inside The Row in downtown Reno.
