Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP named corporate partner Michael Flynn and litigation partner Meryl Young to manage its office in Irvine, replacing Jeffrey Reeves, who had run the international law firm’s location here since 2008.
Reeves will continue his complex commercial litigation practice at the firm.
Flynn’s practice focuses on corporate and securities law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions and general corporate representation.
Young is co-chair of the firm’s national securities litigation practice group. Her practice focuses on business and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on securities and merger and acquisition litigation and related government investigations.
