Home buyers can now visit model homes in KB Homes’ newest community, Moonlight at Luna Park, located in the Great Park Neighborhood.
According to a news release, the Los Angeles-based builder will offer three-story homes with four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, starting at about $1.7 million.
Homes.com reports that KB Homes plans to build 76 homes for Moonlight at Luna Park at 189 Sawbucks in Irvine, close to the Wild Rivers Water Park.
The community is part of Five Point Holdings’ Great Park Neighborhood, a master-planned community that offers a variety of resort-style amenities, including pools, clubhouses, sports courts, and access to extensive trail networks.
